System Overview:

Admin (Developer): I, as developers, manage the system, add organizations, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Organization (Client): Organizations come to us to set up their presence in the system. They manage their processes and interact with applicants.
Applicant: Applicants can submit documents to their chosen organization and track the process.
